Do we ship internationally?
The short answer is Yes! We deliver daily to customers in Africa, Australia, Canada and Asia. Delivery on International Shipping runs from 3 to 7 business days and doesn't qualify for the Free Shipping offer.
Please note that we have a 30 day return and refund policy, with the "Return Tag" still attached. If your Return Tag has been removed, we cannot not accept your return. Click here to Start a Refund
How long do refunds take?
If you choose to have your order refunded to your original payment method, your refund should be processed within 2-3 business days and in your account within 5 business days.
Do we accept Exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase with the "Return Tag" still attached and item unaltered and unworn. Exchanges are processed with in 2-3 business days.
How are returns and exchanges processed?
We send out return labels with all orders to make it easy for you to start a return if necessary. When you place an order you will receive a return label with your order to drop off your return at a local shipping point such as UPS or USPS.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Unfortunately that's not possible at this time. You can only exchange items for a different size or different color way of the same item. For a different item, you need to start a refund and make a fresh purchase.
